Last night, Matt, Joanna, and I went over to my Grandmother's house to visit with some family in town. Uncle Robert, Aunt Gail, and Uncle Steve were there from out of town doing work on my grandmother's house. They've basically ripped out the bathroom and are installing drywall and cabinetry in there as well as finishing up a closet they started working on in February. Wow! They were pretty much finished working for the day when we got there so we got to visit with them and with my grandmother and cousin Andy and Christiana. We had gumbo and root beer floats and just got to relax for a little while -- it was wonderful!
Aunt Gail put Miss Fussy Joanna right to sleep.
This little guy wandered up to my grandmother's house yesterday. He's very friendly and has decided his new favorite place to curl up is Uncle Steve's tool bag!
