Matt’s mom and dad’s long-time neighbor and friend passed away last week, and the neighbors and friends got together for a wake this afternoon. Including… a roasted pig! I’m not sure I’ve seen anything quite so interesting and kind of gross. It sure was tasty!
Mamma and Pop’s neighbor Glenda takes such good care of the girls and gave them little Easter buckets. Aren’t they precious?!
The candy was a BIG hit, of course, and we’re rationing it (or trying, anyway!).
I even let Natalie have a marshmallow chick.
She was a fan. :)
