Mother’s Day

I can’t believe I haven’t gotten around to blogging about Mother’s day, which was almost two weeks ago now!

After church we went to Uncle Mark’s house for lunch and family time.

I wasn’t feeling great so didn’t take a ton of pictures.  I deeply deeply love chocolate covered strawberries.  Deeply.

The kids enjoyed playing outside so much!

I enjoyed that other people got up to play with them.  :)

James pushed his face up against the door and the screen door just beyond it.  He got a little dirt on his forehead and nose.  :)

We brought some trains over to play, and Aunt Mindy was helping James line them up.

But she wasn’t doing it right.  :)

The next morning, the girls cooked up a scheme to surprise me.  They made their beds and cleaned up their room!  The never ever do this without much prompting and/or many threats, so I was super excited!  They really love me!
