I love fall! I love the great harvesty colors; I love the cool weather; I love squash and apples. I also love painting pumpkins. I like to carve them too, but painting is way less messy (unless you are one), and they last longer when you don't cut into them. I may even decide to cook this one later. I bought two, and I'll paint mine later. Today I let Joanna paint her "bah." We're working on "pumpkin," but ball is much easier to say. Here are some shots I caught of the fun finger painting:
Notice the blue shoulder. I don't know if it was an itch or if it felt good or what. She also got some in her hair.
Blue was the most dominant color. We now have a blue pumpkin. I like it.
Smiling at Gran.
Hmmm.... what else does it need?
Mmmm.... good enough to eat!
Concentrating on getting more paint on the fingers.
We had fun! And we had a nice bath afterward. We used washable Tempera paint that did not stain our skin. It also rinsed right off the high chair, kitchen chair, and bathtub. Yea!
