Natalie likes to change Barbie’s diaper… on the changing table. She grabbed an envelope from the recycling bin to use as a glove! We don’t use gloves at home, but I’m sure she’s seen the nursery/school ladies use them. She is too cute!
For whatever crazy reason, Natalie would not nap yesterday, which is very bizarre for her! She crashed while Daddy was reading the girls their bedtime stories.
I was able to pick her up and put her into bed without disturbing her. Yay for a good night of sleep!
Natalie’s going pretty strong with the potty training. Yesterday she had only one accident, so I decided to send her to school in panties today. She did great! She had a BM in them first thing (and I didn’t send a change b/c I didn’t want her teachers to have to mess with changing panties all day if it just wasn’t going to work at school), so she was in her diaper after that. But she kept it dry! There’s another girl in the class who is completely potty trained, so they took Natalie to the potty with her, and she went! She even woke up from her nap dry and stayed dry until we were at Grandma’s house tonight. We could tell she needed to go, but she just couldn’t go on the potty. Maybe she had a little too much or she was a little tired or who knows what, but she eventually just went on the floor (tile!). :) She had wanted to be in a diaper, and that’s why! She kept saying, “Momma, change me.” Funny little girl.
It’s crazy how slowly we’re going through diapers now. :)
