We're off in a few minutes to the 8:30 service at church. This is one of the few events I will actually wake up early for, much less wake my children up for! We're planning to divide and conquer the kids in a couple of minutes. Matt will change/dress Joanna. I will change/dress Natalie. Fortunately Natalie just woke up at 6 (!!!!) to eat so she should be good for a little while, and Joanna's going to have our famous frozen waffle and milk in the car!
