Natalie has been asleep for a solid 1 1/2 hours, maybe a little bit more. Joanna was actually pretty quiet in the playroom today too, so I think I may have gotten about 40 minutes!
When I woke up, Joanna told me the UPS man came and brought two boxes, so we had to go get them and open them. I discovered that Joanna has smell memory. I just think it's so cool when you discover things about your kids, or all kids for that matter. Anyway, one of the boxes was a new pair of shoes we ordered for Matt (extremely fast shipping too!). I pulled one of the (huge) shoes out of the box and smelled it. You know, because I just love that new shoe smell. Joanna smelled it too, and said, "It's like it came from Payless." I love that she remembers what Payless smells like.
The other box was our new converter box for the TV, so we're about to find out if the little antennae we have is sufficient for getting broadcast stations.
And she's up -- it's time to be a mom to two kids again. :)
That's hilarious! I've decided that Paul David has no smell radar...he can stand some really bad stink:)
