This sure was a party-filled weekend! Saturday afternoon I went to a baby shower for Martha. It was at her house, so I walked!
I thought this card from Martha’s mom was funny:
Ha!
Here I am with Martha:
Martha with the quilt my mom made her – so pretty!
(She’s having a girl, in case you couldn’t tell.)
After church on Sunday Matt and the girls headed to Uncle Mark’s for Kurt’s birthday celebration. James and I stayed home so he could nap. He woke up early enough that we walked over to join the fun.
Pence men:
Natalie tried on Uncle Mark’s glasses.
She cracks me up.
Happy birthday Kurt!!
It was a Baskin Robbins ice cream cake – goooooooood!
Some good giggles!
Joanna got attacked by Uncle Mark the tickle monster.
Love this exhausted I’ve been tickled face:
That evening we had one more party to go to! The girls and I headed to The Little Gym for Abby Lenker’s party. They like to call her “Miss Brooke’s Abby,” which I think is sweet. :)
The girls both had SUCH FUN playing!
It was an Alice in Wonderland theme – so cute! Abby dressed up as Alice:
They played a game where they got to run and topple these wedges over (the workers were behind or holding them). It was a little hard for the kids mainly because of the concept of standing in line and waiting their turn!
I think Natalie only had one turn because she kept wandering around – she didn’t understand the lining up. :)
She just sauntered over.
She’s cute. I will keep her.
Love this shot of Joanna’s dismount:
The decorations were so cute and clever!
Love the “drink me” sign on the lemonade!
Brooke made the girls these Mad Hatter hats on headbands – sooooooo cute!
And she made the cake – amazing!
Abby, getting ready to blow out her candles:
My sweet baby.
The girls had such fun! Happy happy birthday Abby – we’re so glad God made you!
