If you'd been outside our house on Sunday evening at 6:45, you would have seen it. I had just loaded the car up with overnight stuff for us and buckled Joanna into her carseat when I looked up at my house. The motion sensor light on our garage was ON! Thinking it may have been a fluke, I ran inside and saw the welcome 12:00 blinking on the alarm clock. Then I turned on the lamps, and the A/C. I turned OFF the generator. We brought Joanna and our stuff back inside. I ran the garbage disposal. Yea! I plugged the fan in to the wall. It was fabulous! The house cooled down very quickly, and I slept so well. It was luxurious.
We don't have cable yet, so no internet, and no Sesame Street. I know, there are worse things. :) I'm up at the church now, getting ready for staff meeting. Things are getting back to normal here, too.

I wish I could have seen your dance, but I can probably imagine it! My sisters both have power and are back at their respective houses, but my parents are still without. Hopefully not for too much longer.
