I haven't fixed my picture problem, but I've found a way around it. I can use Outlook to email the pictures to me, and outlook will compress them before sending. It's not quite as fast/easy as my old way, but it's tons faster than uploading them the long way. Have I mentioned... ick?
Depending on how late my girls sleep this morning, I will get some pics up! You may have to look below this post; I already started one that may pop up there.
