I would have sworn Joanna was sleeping she was being so quiet in there. Instead she had pulled stuff out of drawers, out from under her bed and the crib, unloaded the wipes container, undressed to her t-shirt. Frankly those things don't bother me too much; she was happy and maybe kind of resting, and that stuff is easy to clean up. However a few minutes ago I heard her bad hurt-myself kind of cry and ran in to find her stuck under her mattress. I think someone may have shown her how to lift it up and get stuff from underneath. She had lifted it up, scootched under, and the mattress had fallen on her. Fortunately we're talking about a little crib mattress so she's totally fine.
I, however, am not.
I have tooth pain.
I have neck pain.
I have a black eye.
I have a headache.
I need a NAP.

ReplyDeleteand if it makes you feel better, we've had to lock up all of josh's toys in his closet and take everything but his dresser out, though we've threatened to do that, too if he doesn't stop pulling the drawers out and dumping his clothes everywhere...
basically, i get where you're coming from, and i'm so sorry you had a crappy afternoon!
