My children know all about taking pictures. Natalie has started to smile at the camera. I swear. Joanna asks me to go get the camera when she knows she's doing something cute.
Yesterday she spread out this blanket, layed down, and asked me to lay Natalie next to her. Then she said, "you want to go get the camera?" Seriously cute child. When I got back, Natalie was ready to be on her belly... over there.
So I had Joanna roll over too. Natalie saw the camera and smiled for me. I think she even understands the delay, too. Isn't she brilliant? It's hard to catch Joanna smiling these days. She's usually finished by the time the camera actually takes the picture. Oh, well.
Yesterday I had to wake Natalie up to go get Joanna from School. Sad, but it afforded me the opportunity to take some pictures of her sleeping in the crib without worrying about waking her up.

These swings are in the hallway on MDO days because the "baby" class aren't babies -- they're 15+ months old. Joanna loves this swing.

This is just a few minutes ago. Natalie is really wanting to pick up Cheerios and feed them to herself. She actually can pick them up, but it's with her fist so she can't get them into her mouth. She understood the concept though -- so bright!
She was acting pretty fussy (for her) this afternoon. I was suspecting she needed to, well, you know... go. And she did. Then she felt better. Now she's laughing at Joanna on the playmat. Man my kids are cute.

you really do have cute kids! It's so nice that Joanna really likes Natalie...wish Josh liked Sam more...He doesn't really want anything to do with him...still!
